Spirit serves the best of British cooking. Our seasonal menu offers the finest dishes, freshly prepared. Our ingredients are sourced from small suppliers locally where possible and or within the British Isles.
Our highly inspirational and creative chefs are passionate about the food they produce, and create menus from the finest and freshest of the season's highlights, which change accordingly.
